About me
​
My name is Fabiola Toso, I'm an Integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Career Coach. I have nearly 10 years experience working with individuals going through transitions, career changes and significant life events.​​​​
​
I have vast experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including professionals in demanding or caring roles, students under significant pressure, and individuals navigating challenges related to neurodivergence.
​​
My approach to counselling is grounded in creating a calm, thoughtful space where you can explore what is happening for you at your own pace. My work is guided by curiosity, compassion and respect for each person’s unique experience.

People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious or unsure why things feel so difficult despite doing their best to cope. I believe that many of the struggles we experience (anxiety, burnout, self-criticism, or feeling stuck) make sense when we begin to understand the pressures, expectations and experiences that have shaped them.

In our work together, my aim is to offer a space where you can feel heard, understood and supported while we explore the patterns that may be contributing to your current difficulties.
​​
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together we can begin to explore what you need, what has been difficult and what might support you in moving towards a greater sense of wellbeing.
