EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)
For a limited time, I’m offering reduced fee EMDR sessions (online) for adults who want support processing a single incident such as a specific accident, argument, medical event, or other distressing experience.​
These sessions are focused and time-limited, designed to help reduce how strongly one memory continues to affect you in the present. Please contact me for more details.

Counselling & Psychotherapy​
I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy, which means I use a flexible approach that combines different therapeutic theories to best support your needs. No matter where you are in your healing process, you’re not alone. I’m here to walk with you, offering a safe space every step of the way.​

Before this, I worked as a therapist in the charity sector with sexual violence survivors and women affected by domestic abuse. These roles have shaped my trauma-aware way of working, helping me offer a space that is sensitive, grounded and empowering. I regularly take part in ongoing professional development to keep my skills and knowledge current.

​I am a Career Coach/Counsellor trained at Masters' degree level and have vast experience supporting people in their career journeys, having worked in higher education, NHS and in private practice. I can support you with your career related challenges. Please click here more information.​
