At Explora Counselling & Psychotherapy, I provide a compassionate, curious and collaborative space to help you understand what’s happening inside, discover new ways of relating to your experience, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
I work with adults online and in-person in Weybridge, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma and issues related to identity, work and relationships. I specialise in supporting high achievers, perfectionists and those who feel out of place, helping them navigate their inner world with compassion and clarity.

My name is Fabiola Toso, I'm an Integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Career Coach.
My work draws on both professional training and lived experience, blending psychological insight with empathy, cultural understanding and emotional attunement.​
